THE ALARIS CULTURE
We believe in celebrating and supporting our team.
THE ALARIS EXPERIENCE
Experience is such a simple word, but it really encompasses a lot of things. To provide an experience, you must differentiate yourself, which means doing something a little unconventional and innovative. You must do something that's above and beyond what's expected. And whatever you do must have an emotional impact on the receiver. We are not an average company, our service is not average, and we don't want our people to be average. We expect every employee to deliver an unforgettable experience.
DIVERSITY & INCLUSION
Alaris Litigation Services is committed to the values of diversity within our organization. Whether we are hiring, promoting from within, creating a job transfer to gain more skills or conducting training, we embrace the ability of all people and encourage professional and personal growth. We believe in providing and promoting an atmosphere of respect for all of our staff, clients and business partners.
We value and support the diversity of our people and encourage individuals from all backgrounds to submit your resume if you are interested in pursuing a career opportunity with Alaris Litigation Services for any position that is posted.
OUR CORE VALUES
At Alaris our Core Values are more than just words; they're our way of life. We know that companies with a strong culture and a higher purpose perform better in the long run. As we continue to grow, we strive to ensure that our culture remains alive and well. Check out our core values and see if they speak to you.
At Alaris we know and respect the value of our team members, which is why we've created a culture that allows our employees to thrive, grow, and most importantly, feel fulfilled and part of something greater. We're not simply your employer; we're your partner in building a career.
The success and happiness of our team is as important to us as our client success and happiness. We believe in our people and providing the best career path possible.
ALARIS IN THE COMMUNITY

"A huge debt of gratitude to Alaris for making the 2019 St. Louis Bar Foundation’s Spirit of Justice Celebration exceptionally wonderful. Alaris generously donated their time, talent and resources to create 5 videos that told the stories of this year’s recipients. The Alaris team captured the essence of the individuals’ commitment to justice with their footage and interviews. They worked so well with the Bar Foundation team in coordinating numerous scheduling challenges and were just as committed to the project as the Foundation. Thank you again Alaris for being a true community partner! St. Louis and especially the St. Louis legal community is so fortunate to have you as a champion for justice!"
- Jenny Schwendemann, President - Saint Louis Bar Foundation
