Paid Time Off (PTO)
PTO benefits include up to 14 days (112 hours) in the first calendar year and accrued monthly at 9.333 hours per month and pro-rated in the first calendar year. Part-time employees’ PTO is prorated based on hours. PTO increases at 7 years of employment. Employees may roll over up to 24 hours (3 days) into the following calendar year.
Holidays
Alaris offers eight paid regularly scheduled holidays and one floating holiday per calendar year. Holidays are pro-rated for part-time employees.

Medical Insurance
Employees receive group medical insurance benefits through UnitedHealthcare (UHC) with two plan options. Alaris pays for 75% of employee medical coverage and 25% of dependent medical coverage.

Fitness Reimbursement
Alaris employees can receive up to a $25.00 per month reimbursement towards a fitness class or qualified health and fitness center.

Volunteer Time Off (VTO) 
All regular employees may volunteer up to 8 hours (1 day) per calendar year with a nonprofit of employee’s choice. Employees will be paid at their regular pay rate for the volunteer hours taken.

Birthday Recognition
Birthday recognitions go beyond the employee. Alaris truly values the employee’s family as well. To display our appreciation, we send a birthday gift card to each employee, their spouse/domestic partner and any children living in the home under the age of 18 years old.

Work Anniversary Recognition
Alaris recognizes employees’ anniversary milestones each year with a gift card.

Free Fountain/Soft Drinks and Snacks
Alaris offers free fountain drinks (in STL) and equivalent soft drinks in the additional six offices. Employees have an opportunity to enjoy complimentary snacks.

Employees are encouraged to register for job-related seminars and workshops to continue to learn and grow.

Alaris is committed to employees’ work satisfaction and offers continuous opportunities for anonymous employee feedback so that we can fine-tune our culture to increase morale.
